Who is SIVO Crime Intelligence for?

Does it include case management?
Yes. Multiple incidents and offenders can be linked to a case with an owner, priority, tasks, status and chronology. Evidence-pack PDFs can then assemble the related material in a structured format.
Are exclusions automatic?
No. SIVO can flag that a configured incident threshold has been reached, but a manager must review the evidence and confirm the exclusion. Retail and night-time schemes can operate separate rules and expiry.
Can members see every record?
No. Member and eligible field roles have a server-side restricted, published-only view. Pending intelligence and manager actions remain within the management gate.
Is Crime Intelligence included in every SIVO plan?
Crime Intelligence is a licensed module. Scope, users, implementation and the appropriate governance setup are agreed during discovery.
