that drafts the week for you.
Press Draft my week. Last Orders builds the rota from availability, booked leave, contracted hours, who can work which role and the last few weeks. You tweak it and publish.
Built by venue and ops managers with 25 years in hospitality between us.

Less admin. More control.
Done in minutes.
The whole week drafted in one press. You change what you want, then publish.
Labour on target.
Live labour cost as a share of expected takings, against your own target.
Fewer messages.
Shifts, swaps, open shifts and leave on the team’s own phones, not in a group chat.
Start to finish, in four steps.
Hover to pause, or pick a step.
Only the people who need to know are told.
When you publish, only the staff whose shifts changed get a notification, by push or email.
- Open shifts that staff claim
- Swaps agreed by the colleague first, then you
- Drop a shift with ranked cover suggested
- Leave requests checked against your house rules

It knows who can work what.
Roles are defined per venue. Rostering somebody for a role they don’t hold gives a warning, kept on record, so the late bar always has a personal licence holder.
- Qualifications with refresher dates
- Contracted hours and availability respected
- Demand rules shown on each day

Staff rota software: the short answers.
How does Draft my week work?
It is a solver, not a guess. It fills shifts from availability, booked leave, contracted hours, the roles each person can work and the pattern of recent weeks. Anything it cannot fill stays open for you to sort.
Can staff swap shifts themselves?
Yes. A swap is agreed by the colleague first and then approved by a manager.
Does it show labour cost?
Yes, live, as a percentage of the day’s expected takings against the target you set.
Who gets told when the rota is published?
Only the people whose shifts changed, by push notification or email.
Does it do payroll?
It produces timesheets, an hours export and a payroll preview using this tax year’s rates, clearly labelled as an estimate. It does not run payroll itself.
