Run the venue.
Not the paperwork.
Rotas, clocking in, food safety, incidents, cash-up and the team. One app that does the work first, then asks you one question: is this right?
Built by venue and ops managers with 25 years in hospitality between us. For managers and owners.
- On the phones your team already carry
- Works in the cellar with no signal
- One button for the inspector pack
It’s never one big problem.
It’s lots of small ones.
Small things, every shift. They stack up into longer hours, thinner margins and less control. Last Orders catches them before they do.
- The fridge log nobody signed.
- The Friday shift nobody covered.
- The till that’s twenty quid out.
- The licence that ran out last week.
- The new starter who never got the allergen sheet.
- Each one is a minute. Together they’re your evening.
Less admin. More control.
Home on time.
Home on time.
Next week’s rota is drafted from availability, leave and who can work which role. You tweak it and publish.
rota · swaps · leaveReady when the inspector walks in.
Every check is set up on day one and every record is kept. The inspector pack is one button.

Labour against takings while you build the rota, cash-up variances, and what went in the bin and why.

Shifts, swaps and clocking in on their own phone. Announcements they confirm they’ve read.

Two everyday jobs, start to finish. Hover to pause, or pick a step.
Next week’s rota. Done before you sit down.
Press Draft my week. Last Orders builds it from availability, booked leave, contracted hours, who can work which role and the last few weeks. You change what you want, then publish.
- Labour as a % of takings, live, against your own target
- Warns you first when nobody with a personal licence is on the late bar
- Only the people whose shifts changed get told when you publish
- Swaps and cover sorted by the team, with your say-so
Every check. Set up on day one.
The standard set is already there, with limits from Food Standards Agency guidance. Fridges, freezers, deliveries, cooking, cooling, reheating, hot holding, opening and closing. They follow your trading hours.
- A failed reading is fixed in one tap, and the recheck books itself
- Works in the walk-in with no signal, and syncs when it’s back
- Probes, water temperatures and the line clean, the ones inspectors ask about
- Reminders go to whoever is on shift, not the whole team
Hours that add up. Even in the cellar.
Staff clock in on their own phone inside a radius you set, or on a shared kiosk behind the bar. No signal? The punch keeps the moment the button was pressed and sends itself later. Nobody loses an hour.
- Left clocked in overnight? It’s on Today in the morning
- No punch is changed without a reason on record
- Timesheets and a payroll preview, labelled as the estimate it is
The inspector
One button. The whole pack.
Pick the dates and Last Orders produces the inspector pack as a single controlled document: every check in the range including the missed ones, corrections alongside the originals, probe calibration, the allergen matrix and your HACCP plan.
- A HACCP plan drafted from the checks you already run, step by step, each one confirmed by you
- Allergens by dish for all 14 allergens, with sub-types such as wheat under gluten
- Accidents and incidents with a RIDDOR review and the reporting deadline on Today
- Audits: a manager’s walk round, scored, feeding the site score

Everything else
Everything that used to live in a drawer.
Cash-up
Tills and safes with their own floats, the variance worked out for you, and a weekly trading report.
Wastage
Log what was thrown away and why, so a bad week shows up as a pattern rather than a feeling.
Maintenance log
Broken equipment with a photo, who owns it and when it was fixed. A failed fridge check can raise one in a tap.
Announcements
Messages with read receipts, confirmation and replies, so “I never saw it” has an answer.
Documents and signing
Issue a policy to read or to sign, give it automatically to new starters, and chase what is late.
Onboarding before the first shift
An invite link on their phone for details, pay, right to work, availability, documents and training. You confirm right to work and certificates.
Training and right to work
Qualifications with refresher dates, and a warning, kept on record, when somebody is rostered for a role they do not hold.
Meetings
One-to-ones, reviews and disciplinary meetings recorded properly, with a PDF for the file.
Street report
Each month, your venue against its ten nearest competitors: Google ratings, food hygiene scores and your own figures, with suggested actions you edit and confirm.
A single pub is a company with one venue. Add more and staff can work across them, managers see only the venues they run, and each venue keeps its own roles, checks and trading hours.
Start with the bit that’s costing you most.
We’ve done the 2am cash‑up. So we built the fix.
Last Orders wasn’t designed in a boardroom. It was built by venue managers and ops managers who have stood behind the bar, covered the no-show, chased the fridge log before the inspector arrived and done the rota on a Sunday night.
- For managers: less admin, fewer surprises, home on time
- For owners: every venue compliant, costed and visible from one screen
- For the team: shifts, swaps and clocking in on their own phone
