The licensed trade, built in

Pubs run on licences, not just rotas.

The things a licensing officer and an environmental health officer ask about are part of the day, not an afterthought.

  • Personal licence holders flagged when nobody qualified is on the late bar
  • Line cleans counted every seven days, alongside cellar and bar opening checks
  • Incidents and accidents written up properly, with a RIDDOR review
  • Allergens by dish for all 14 allergens

One pub or twenty

Built for groups from day one.

A single pub is a company with one venue. Add more and staff can work across them, managers see only the venues they run, and each pub keeps its own roles, checks and trading hours.

  • Area managers see each venue’s checks and site score
  • Staff who work across pubs on one rota login
  • A weekly summary by email

Questions

Pub management software: the short answers.

What is pub management software?

It replaces the paper, spreadsheets and group chats a pub runs on: the rota, clocking in, food safety and cellar checks, incident records, cash-up and team messages. Last Orders puts them in one app on the phones your team already carry.

Does Last Orders work for a single pub?

Yes. A single pub is a company with one venue. Groups add venues as they go.

Does it work without signal in the cellar?

Yes. Checks save as drafts and clock punches are kept on the phone, then sent when it finds a signal.

Can it help with our licence conditions?

It flags shifts where nobody with a personal licence is on, keeps incident records written up properly, and produces an inspector pack as one document.

Do you take card payments or table bookings?

Not yet. Last Orders runs the team and the compliance side of the pub. Bookings, stock and ordering are not part of it today.
